Many people often ask about Lourdes, what I do there? and why I go? The same things are always present in any curious inquiry; there’s a desire to know more, to learn more, to experience more.
The Lourdes Experience was born out of these continued requests to speak about Blessed Mother, Lourdes, and St. Bernadette. The message of Lourdes, like the spring that flows freely there, is the Living Water of the Gospel.
Several years ago I was invited to Virginia as the guest speaker to be part of a Lenten series on Mary hosted by an Episcopal Church. While I do not claim to be an expert on Blessed Mother or all things Marian, I do know and give witness to what Blessed Mother has done for me and how she has touched my life.
My greatest joy is found in serving her in the baths in Lourdes.
So Lourdes Experience, is just that, the joy of an experience of Lourdes, right where you are and your community is found. It gives you a glimpse into this worldwide Marian Sanctuary, where you too can come to the Grotto, just as you are to meditate, to pray and to ask for Blessed Mother’s intercession.
